1.主持或参加国际标准化会议情况
2014年5月20至23日，ISO/TC 136第十二届年会在上海召开，来自中国、美国、澳大利亚、英国、丹麦、德国、意大利、瑞典、马来西亚等9个国家的50余名代表参加了本届年会。
会上，上海市质量监督检验技术研究院院长、全国家具标准化技术委员会副主任委员季飞作了新国际标准项目申请理由以及上海市质检院承担国际标准新工作组在检验、科研、标准化方面所具备的相关能力介绍。应ISO/TC 136秘书处邀请，中国家具协会理事长、全国家具标准化技术委员会主任委员朱长岭在会上作了《中国家具标准化现状》报告。会上，全国家具标准化技术委员会秘书长罗菊芬及部分中国专家也作了发言并得到了国内外代表的热烈反响。
2014年5月23日，在ISO/TC 136第十二届年会上，经全体国际代表同意，全国家具标准化技术委员会秘书长罗菊芬当选为新标准项目《家具 床 强度和耐久性测试方法》负责人及新工作组WG4（床 测试方法）会议召集人。
本WG现有来自中国、美国、法国、德国、英国、丹麦、瑞典、意大利的国际专家共26人，其中委员23人，观察员3人。
